Odigo Services LLC is a 100%-woman minority owned business enterprise, established in 2019  in Houston Texas. Founder & CEO Gillian Levi formed the company with a mission to guide, drive, lead and instruct people & organizations towards success in the workforce.

We  have 20+ years experience managing people, processes and projects in the construction trades, education and information technology sectors.  Our clients include Small Construction Contractors, MWBE businesses from any industry and organizations with an interest in the success of MWBE companies.

Gillian's career spans over 25 years of progressive leadership roles in project management, training & development, and organizational leadership.

Gillian has a broad spectrum of experience across varied industries including construction trades, vocational education, information technology and state & federal government. She brings to the table an uncanny ability for strategy & people development to bring the results your business is looking for.
